Jessica Howard

She previously worked for 10 years in fitness coaching, has served on the board and volunteered with a local nonprofit organization serving at-risk youth, and has raised two beautiful children. Thus far her professional life has been dedicated to supporting individuals’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being regardless of background or previous life experiences.

Jessica’s personal experience as part of the “sandwich generation” has enhanced her skill and understanding of elder care, especially after undergoing these processes in her personal life. From these past experiences she has become deeply committed to assisting others through this challenging stage of life, ensuring that families make informed decisions about the care and well-being of their loved ones.
